Yoga & Meditation

 

The Sanskrit word "yoga" actually means "union with the divine". Yoga is a practice of keeping our body and mind together in a healthy state through meditation. The practice of Yoga for the student will benefit him to concentrate in his studies and develop a good physic with fitness. The college observes the International Yoga Day on 21June in order to motivate the students towards this healthy practice. The classes for Yoga are included as student support. Yoga classes are offered to all interested students.
